Easy Fried Ravioli With Tomato Sauce

January 14, 2010
This is a recipe I came up with last week. And I think it makes a great party food. It would make a yummy appetizer for any gathering. Plus its very tasty!

Need:
1 package (25 oz) frozen filled ravioli squares thawed.
Garlic Salt
2 tables spoon dried parsley crushed
Your choice of marinara sauce ( or any pasta sauce)

1. Pre heat deep fryer. (Or heat 4 cups of vegetable oil in large heavy sauce pan on medium high heat)
2. In medium sauce pan warm up pasta sauce.
3. Fry about 6-10 ravioli at a time in the deep fryer until golden and crisp. Turning ravioli once.
4. Remove ravioli to a paper towel lined plate. Sprinkle Ravioli with Garlic salt and parsley to taste. Serve warm Ravioli with warm dipping marinara sauce

Hope you like it!
