This is a great fresh tasting dip for potato chips, crackers and other vegetables. I like it best with ruffles personally. The cucumber in this recipe is refreshing and adds a bit of “summer” to it. While I really love creamy dips they can get rich fast, but for some reason the cucumber keeps this dip yummy bite after bite.
1 package of cream cheese (room temp)
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 TBS of dill
salt and pepper
1. Peel and shred cucumber in medium sized bowl.
2. Mix remaining ingredients.
3. Salt and pepper to taste. So easy. Enjoy!
