I love a good stroganoff! And that is just what this recipe is. It’s so simple yet it is also fancy and unbelievable delicious. This is the only stroganoff recipe I use now, its just that good. Just dump most of the ingredients in the crock pot or a pressure cooker and add the sour cream and noodles when its done. Your guest will think you slaved in the kitchen all day.
1. Put all the ingredients except for sour cream and noodles in the crock pot on high for four hours.
2. Boil noodles according to package.
3. Once crock pot mixture is done cooking in the crock pot for four hours turn the crock pot off and add the 1 cup of sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Tip: If you mix the Stroganoff and noodles together and let it sit for 15 or so minutes the noodles soak up a lot of the sauce and it also thickens up real nice.
