Its day four of my recipe week challenge. I’m making a family cook book to giveaway as a Christmas present this year and I need to have about 10 more recipes to put in it. So I decided to challenge myself to a week long recipe marathon. This is my all time favorite way to cook tilapia fish. Its a healthy low calorie recipe packed full of flavor.
4- 4oz tilapia fish fillets raw
1- egg raw
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs crushed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tables spoon- Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon- garlic salt
Preheat Oven to 375 f.
1. Spray medium baking dish with lid with cooking spray.
2. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in medium bowl.
3. Whisk egg in small bowl until well blended. Dip raw fish in egg thoroughly. Quickly dab egged fish in crumb mixture until fully covered.
4. Place breaded fish in medium baking dish with lid. Repeat process to remaining fish. Cover with lid and cook for 15-18 minutes.
