One of my favorite treats I like to make for any party is this Festive Peppers Cheese Ball! Its so much fresher than other cheese balls and easy as well! Don’t forget to pair it with some amazing cheese crackers! My family and I recently discovered these Cheese stick crackers and we are in Love! John Wm. Macy’s gourmet cheesesticks and crisps liven up just about anything you can think of to dip them in and are so tasty! They also have sweet sticks that would be perfect to go along with a hot chocolate station at your next get together.
Ingredients
- 2- 8oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 package of ranch mix
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- optional (green onions diced)
Instructions
- Make sure your cream cheese is softened at room temperature so that you can mix the ranch louder easily.
- Dice your peppers and green onions nice and small. Mix green onion into your cheese ball mixture. Add about a tablespoon each of each pepper to the cheeseball mixture as well.
- To make your cheeseball extra pretty layout all of the peppers pieces so the waxy outside skin is laying against a plate or cutting board.
- Mold your cheese ball into a ball and then roll the cheese ball around in the diced peppers until cheese ball is fully covered. You may have to place a few in the harder to reach spots.
- You can serve right away or let it chill and firm up in the fridge for 20 or so minutes.
John Wm. Macy’s is giving one of you luck EMI readers a big o’ combo set of six different crackers so you can try all their most popular cheesesticks and crisps!
