You can save a lot of money eating out with the family by planning ahead and finding out what awesome local Utah Valley gems offer free kids meals throughout the week. We are very lucky here in Utah Valley to have so many fun and exciting eateries to visit and you would also be surprised at how many of these restaurants generously offer kids dinners for free on certain nights of the week. These are my families top five spots to dine on a discount, and score some free meals for our kiddos.
Tucanos Brazilian Grill: The famous all you can eat birthday dinner spot in Utah Valley. Did you know that kids under six years old get to stuff themselves silly for free?! And If you didn’t know already this high end buffet also treats birthday guest to a free meal as well. Tucanos can be a little pricey but they regularly send out coupons and give out free dinners. So plan ahead and save big time here.
Dickies Barbecue Pit: This delicious barbecue pit franchise serves up free kids meals (12 and under) on Sundays and sometimes Mondays depending on your location (with purchase of an adult meal). If you don’t have a Dickies location near by you can always open up a franchise yourself. Entrepreneur.com makes it easy to apply to open up your own Dickies Barbecue Pit restaurant. They are currently open to opening franchises in all states. Click here to get more information.
IHOP: Kids under 12 eat free off the kids menu any night of the week as long as its after 4pm. I like that there are kid menu options even for bigger kids with bigger appetites. You get one free kids meal per adult meal purchased.
Cafe Rio: Little kids can get a free cheese quesadilla with the purchase of an adult meal and you are not limited to just one child. I bring both my girls in for lunch sometimes and I only have to pay for my yummy sweet pork salad while they enjoy their cheese quesadilla that is also just the right size for thier little appetites.
Denny’s: Same deal as IHOP. Kids eat free from 4 to 10pm every night of the week. Super bargain price to feed an entire family. Its almost cheaper to go out to denny’s for dinner than staying home and cooking. So that’s a win for everyone.
