Just so you know… I only post my favorite home tested recipes here. This recipe is another family favorite of ours. My mother taught me how to make her delicious crab salad when I was a girl and I tweaked it a bit to make it more figure friendly without loosing any of the taste a richness.
This is a great meal to chase away those winter blues and bring a little seaside flair to your dinner table.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons – zesty free italian dressing
- 16oz imitation crab meat
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 1 cup frozen peas – thawed
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Lightly mix all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve over a thick bed of lettuce.
